Weddings in the Hunter Valley area are renowned for being extremely beautiful and entertaining for newlyweds and guests. However, navigating around the Hunter Valley can be a difficult task for your guests, and ensuring they arrive on time can be a particularly stressful matter.
Pokolbin Hire Cars has over 20 years experience in transporting guest to & from Wedding venues within the Pokolbin, Broke, Wollombi & Belford areas.
Depending on your numbers our experienced office staff can set your routes and timing to have all your guest arrive on time & then transported effeicently back to their accommodation at the end of the night.
From experience, we find it is best to run as many buses as needed for 1 hour so guests do not wait extended times.
HOW IT WORKS
On your initial enquiry we can determin what vehicles you may require for the amount of guests requiring transport.
Once your guests accept their invations & let you know wether they require transport or not we can firm requirements.
About a month before your day (or as early as possible) if you provide all stops & numbers our experienced staff will provide route maps & collection times at each venue, this will be emailed to you including a goggle map link showing all route & timing information. From the above information we can then determin exactly your needs with vehicles.
On the day our vehicle will collect/drop your guests from the reception area of their accommodation*.
*AirBnB’s- Many clients are choosing to stay in one of the many AirBnB’s around the Hunter. Some of these offer spectacular views over the Hunter Wine area but are often only accessible via dirt road up a steep incline. Our vehicles are all road vehicles unsuitable for off-roading in particular our stretch limousines & large buses. During times of wet weather or sometimes even dry days in regards to stretch limousines and large buses, it will be up to our driver on the day as to whether they will attempt to collect from your door or call & have you meet them at the gate/sealed road.
