Depending on your numbers our experienced office staff can set your routes and timing to have all your guest arrive on time & then transported effeicently back to their accommodation at the end of the night.
From experience, we find it is best to run as many buses as needed for 1 hour so guests do not wait extended times.
HOW IT WORKS
On your initial enquiry we can determin what vehicles you may require for the amount of guests requiring transport.
Once your guests accept their invations & let you know wether they require transport or not we can firm requirements.
About a month before your day (or as early as possible) if you provide all stops & numbers our experienced staff will provide route maps & collection times at each venue, this will be emailed to you including a goggle map link showing all route & timing information. From the above information we can then determin exactly your needs with vehicles.
On the day our vehicle will collect/drop your guests from the reception area of their accommodation
